At Host Rally we gather to equip, connect, and enrich ministry leaders for the purpose of impacting communities with the message of Jesus Christ. Practically, this looks like bringing in speakers who are passionate about your specific life stage and experience. Intentional moments are created to connect with other ministry leaders like you from around the country, literally coast to coast. Tools and tips are jam packed into our workshops to prepare you for start-to-finish camp questions. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and encouraged to continue the ministry God has called you to, knowing you're not alone. And of course, like with any WinShape event, you can expect a TON of fun.

Host Rally FAQ's
What information will I need to have on me while filling out registration forms?
As the primary host, you will need to know:
- the airport nearest to you
- which 3 people will attend host rally (including yourself)
- the full legal name, birthdate, and CORRECT email address for each of those 3 people (if flying)
- everyone's T-shirt/long sleeve sizes
**Each person will need to fill out their own registration as well!**
What does WinShape cover?
WinShape Camps will cover the cost of travel (plane ticket or driving reimbursement), lodging, and conference attendance fees for 3 people from your community. Check your contract for specific details and ask your Host Dev Rep how you can get more than 3 members of your community to Host Rally!
Am I required to attend?
Our Primary Hosts are required to attend! We will cover the cost for 3 people including you to come to Host Rally for FREE! We don't want you to miss out on a single moment of fun, fellowship, and enrichment that we are praying for the Lord to move during this event.
Who should I bring with me to Host Rally?
For your 3 inclusive spots to Host Rally, we expect the Primary Host to be one! For the other two, we recommend bringing the volunteer coordinator and marketing coordinator. These people, and/or your scholarship coordinator, have a strong benefit to see how camp happens. Alternatively, if someone is new to your team, they would greatly appreciate being a part of the culture and getting to see WinShape in action!
If I want to bring more people, what does that look like?
You can bring as many people as you like! Some great additions include a new executive or senior pastor, your Chick-fil-A Operator and/or Marketing Director, and other church partners from your area who will help with camp! After the three people WinShape covers, each additional person will be expected to pay their own way.
- Transportation: If flying, WinShape can book the flight to match the group flight, invoiced later.
- Lodging: 2 people per hotel room, WinShape will book and invoice.
- Conference Fee: $415 one time payment to WinShape, includes a swag bag of goodies, meals, and workshops.
