Equip, Connect, Enrich

At Host Rally we gather to equip, connect, and enrich ministry leaders for the purpose of impacting communities with the message of Jesus Christ. Practically, this looks like bringing in speakers who are passionate about your specific life stage and experience. Intentional moments are created to connect with other ministry leaders like you from around the country, literally coast to coast. Tools and tips are jam packed into our workshops to prepare you for start-to-finish camp questions. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and encouraged to continue the ministry God has called you to, knowing you're not alone. And of course, like with any WinShape event, you can expect a TON of fun.

“ Wow. Host Rally was just what I needed. It really met me and my team where we are and gave us some practical insights into relational connections and the current trauma many are experiencing, both adult and child alike. We know connection is important, but to give clinical wisdom to the spiritual elements of connection is something that will help me be a more effective shepherd and leader. ”

“ This is my first year helping host camp and I left Host Rally feeling energetic, ready to start advertising, and getting teams ready. I loved hearing from other hosts on what has worked for them. We specifically left being hopeful that we can engage more of our community. ”
