Are you willing and able to be present at camp the full camp week? Volunteer meetings each morning are around 7:30ish and afternoon meetings are around 5:15pm.
How many middle school volunteers are currently registered? Have you thought about how to delegate tasks at camp?
You’ll be leading the TeamTime for 30 mins each morning and afternoon. Have you begun preparing team time content?
Each middle schooler can serve in a skill. Have you begun thinking about skill placement for them?
What's good contact information so you can communicate with the Volunteer Director during camp to have the middle schoolers complete tasks?
