Now, Aaron is uniquely gifted to minister to the local church children's ministry leaders, having been one himself and hosted camp with all of its intricacies. Aaron has two children, Hattie Rae (5), and Josiah (3), who are currently obsessed with Descendants and Z-O-M-B-I-E-S. In his free time, Aaron is passionate about Disney, though he would not identify as a Disney adult and even plans Disney travel for friends and clients. He invests in the next generation through church, WinShape staffers, and his team. He serves as the Manager of the Host Development Team, partners with Georgia and Florida hosts, and works outside the box to create our theme elements and occasional voice-over or on-screen projects.
Now, he enjoys playing pickleball, training for marathons once or twice a year, leading worship motions in children's ministry at his church, reading any kind of book, and watching over his pet fish Auggie. Get him talking about the show "Survivor," "The Inheritance Games" book series, or his favorite ice cream places. In WinShape, Kurk serves as the Host Development Representative for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, California, Arizona, New Mexico. In addition, he works on the interview team for our summer staff and produces the Host Hub Newsletter, Host Hub Huddles, and Host Hub Site.

Francesca experienced many VBSs and student camps growing up which grew her love for camp ministry. It was at a camp her senior year of high school that the Lord showed her that He had made her for children's ministry. Francesca's first role at WinShape was a team time leader in 2016! She then was a Production Director in 2017 and 2018, and lastly a Director in 2019. Francesca also served as a Children's Pastor for a church in Fort Worth, TX for two and half years after. Francesca currently serves as the Team Lead for Production, Theme, and Events which focuses on everything you experience at Host Rally and see in the auditorium at Camp. She currently lives in Austell, GA with her husband Casey and her son Asher! She still loves to read, enjoys a good walk on the trails, and serving her local church in the children's ministry.
During her sophomore year at SEU, Tiffany was introduced to WinShape Camps by a friend. She served as a summer staff member for six summers, most of which she spent as a Worship Leader, combining her love of music with her heart for leading others. Fun fact: Tiffany loves music so much that she is actually a DJ! You can catch her filling up a dance floor or curating the perfect playlist for any setting.
Since joining the Full-Time team in 2021, Tiffany has been part of the Production, Theme, and Events Team, specializing in the auditorium and training Worship Leaders. At the tender age of 8, Ilisha started teaching herself how to play guitar, instantly falling in love with the strings. Fast forward to her teenage years, where instead of sleeping, she dove headfirst into volunteering with WinShape Camps for Communities. She volunteered for six summers and just wrapped up her 7th summer of camp having held so many different roles along the way. From being a team time leader and leading her flag football skill, to being a Production Director, to her 3rd summer as a Camp Director. In 2022, she packed up and moved down to ATL to serve on the year-round team with WinShape Camps for Communities.
