Chick-fil-A + WinShape Resources

A Legacy Partnership

S. Truett Cathy cast the vision for ministry that could make a difference in shaping winners, hence the name WinShape. It is our great honor and privilege to continue the legacy he envisioned for generations to come, empowering those overlooked and forgotten to become their best version of themselves and find the love of God.

One of the greatest ways we get to accomplish this goal is through the partnership with Chick-fil-A. A partnering relationship between a host church and a local Chick-fil-A Restaurant is an incredible thing. This partnership is unique for many reasons, one being that the generosity of Chick-fil-A is what makes WinShape Camps for Communities possible. We want to continue the legacy of how the Cathy family is present at the origin story of both Chick-fil-A and WinShape Camps. If you are not already connected with your local church, please reach out to your Host Dev Rep as they can start the connection.

The Chick-fil-A relationship may look different across communities, and that is okay! There is no exact formula to follow as it relates to establishing and maintaining a relationship with your Chick-fil-A, but these resources are sure to give you a place to start. The level of your involvement may vary store to store. The first step in navigating a partnership with Chick-fil-A includes a posture of appreciation, regardless of the level of partnership you are able to have with the local church.

A Legacy Partnership

What Does This Look Like?

It is because of the generosity of Chick-fil-A that WinShape Camps for Communities can take place. Not only that, but our partnership with Chick-fil-A creates a unique opportunity for campers and families to interact with camp in a way they may never have been able to otherwise. If you are looking for ways to partner with the local church in marketing or preparing for camp, consider the following ideas:

  • Our churches receive Marketing Credit to select Print Materials that you as a Chick-fil-A can use in your store. For example:
  • Promotional window-clings
  • Table toppers (for any open Dine In spaces)
  • Flyers (to be placed into bags)
  • Brochures (to be accessible at the restaurant)
  • H-frames (Road signs that can be placed in the Drive-Thru)

What is my CFA Operator Scholarship Code?

Thank you for wanting to make a difference in your community! As a Chick-fil-A Operator, you receive the opportunity to send 3 campers to camp completely for free! You can give these full scholarships to kids of your team members, offer them as a prize during a raffle for an event, or work with your local church to decide who needs these funds.

The goal is for campers who wouldn't normally be able to afford camp to have the opportunity to attend. Please utilize these to their full extent!

The code is CFAOPS25! (including the exclamation point and case sensitive). When you're ready for them to be used, simply give that code to the desired family and they will have the option to input it in their registration process.

What am I expected to do?

Thank you so much for partnering with us and the local church! As the Chick-fil-A, you will receive the catering order from WinShape and paid for by WinShape for Friday Family Fun Day. This will include the boxed meals for everyone at camp, roughly 200-900 meals (depending on your camp size).

Other than that, we would greatly appreciate your voluntary partnership with the local church in whatever efforts you are able - marketing flyers, spirit nights, the cow at camp, window clings, and more!

When will I get the number of meals needed?

We're so excited for camp to be in your city and have families come together for a Chick-fil-A meal on Friday! You can ask for a rough estimate from your local church and camp director about a month out from camp.
The exact number of meals needed will be provided on Tuesday of the week of camp. This ensures accuracy to determine exactly who is showing up to camp.
