At the top of your screen, you can access each of the following tabs! These access points exist to inform you of all that is going on in the Camp world and equip you as you prepare to host camp in your community.

Celebrating the Summer! 🎉
As WinShape Camps for Communities, we could not do what we get to do apart from the involvement and love you have in and for your communities.
While we are not about the numbers, we recognize that these numbers are insightful data points that we can use for celebrating collective Kingdom impact and for evaluating the effectiveness of camp ministry.
Join us in celebrating these incredible wins!

While these numbers reflect the camper responses known about, we also want to recognize that seeds of the Gospel were also planted in each community! As such, we pray that you continue to see relationships built and fruitful ministry in the many weeks ahead!
Monthly Town Hall | September 27th @ 2 PM EST
Each month of fall, our team is hosting a Town Hall Meeting!
These monthly meetings exist so that you and your team can experience regular in-person discussion with our team, learn about our most recent updates, learn from other hosts on the call, and bring any questions you may have!
2024 Contract Status & Updates ✍️
We are in contract-signing season and are looking forward to all that is in store for another year of partnership with you! As a reminder, your contract includes important information about your facility requirements, your week of camp, and camper registration number related information. Please make sure you aware of all updates that have been included in this year's contract. For an overview of what updates are new to 2024, refer to the following Exhibits listed in your contract: Exhibit A - Event Form, Exhibit B - Insurance Requirements, Exhibit C - Statement of Faith.

Host Invoice Reminder
By now you also should have received a Scholarship Invoice Notice email from your Host Dev Rep along with your 2023 invoice. This invoice includes the detail of your scholarships, as well as any applicable charges or credits on your account.
Please note that your payment is due by October 9th.
If paying via credit card, please log into your WIN account. Click on “Invoice Details”, scroll and select “Payment”, and complete the transaction.

If you are transitioning out of the Camp Host Role, adding or changing a Leadership Team member, have new contact information, or have any helpful feedback for our team as it relates to keeping you informed this year, please let your Host Development Rep know!

That's right - we'll soon be getting ready for Host Rally 2024 in Atlanta, GA! Go ahead and mark your calendars for January 29th - 31st for this year's conference.

From the Vault - A Brand New Resource! 🗝️
We are eternally grateful for your partnership with us as you strive to bring the gospel to your community and engaging those who have not received a chance to hear the message of Jesus Christ. As your chosen and trusted partner, it is our vision to bring you the highest quality of content, development, and enrichment - not only during the summer but throughout the year as well.
Toward that end, we are introducing a segment that will provide practical tools for your everyday tasks and equip you to enhance your ministry, while integrating our WinShape culture, resources, and brand. As we utilize our preexisting content and repurpose it to fit your current responsibilities, we wanted a term that would resonate with many of you and provide a sense of what this content will entail. To that end, we've decided to call this enrichment resource..... From The Vault!
Here's what that looks like: a new page on our Host Hub Site under the resources tab labeled "From The Vault" that will house documents and ideas around a variety of topics. These will hopefully include large group activities, small group activities, indoor/outdoor activities, potentially worship videos, official motion videos, spiritual thematic content set to fit your Sunday morning structure, and many more! Different from our camp resources, these new enrichment resources are designed to work with you throughout the school year and support your ministry.

Last but not least, we could not be more grateful to have been able to partner with you this summer! While camp took place for one week at a time in your community, we know that the impact of camp and the reality of the Gospel is shaping lives all year long.
