At the top of your screen, you can access each of the following tabs! These access points exist to inform you of all that is going on in the Camp world and equip you as you prepare to host camp in your community.

From the Vault - A Brand New Resource! 🗝️
Monthly Town Hall | October 25th @ 2 PM EST
Each month of fall, our team is hosting a Town Hall Meeting!
These monthly meetings exist so that you and your team can experience regular in-person discussion with our team, learn about our most recent updates, learn from other hosts on the call, and bring any questions you may have!
Host Fee & Invoice Reminder | Payments are due today! 💸
By now you also should have received a Scholarship Invoice Notice email from your Host Dev Rep along with your 2023 invoice. This invoice includes the detail of your scholarships, as well as any applicable charges or credits on your account.
Please note that your invoice payment, along with your 2024 Host Fee, is due today, October 10th. If your partnering organization(s) has not yet paid their invoice, please make sure they are aware of this deadline.
If paying via credit card, please log into your WIN account. Click on “Invoice Details”, scroll and select “Payment”, and complete the transaction.
If paying by check, please follow these steps:

Request the Road Crew (Coming in November!)
Road Crew is excited to visit to your location in Spring 2024!
If you're unfamiliar with Road Crew, this is a highly-trained team of four WinShape summer staffers who bring fun games and equipment to your community and raise awareness for camp! In an effort to streamline our systems to better serve you, we've made some updates to expectations and process that we want you to be aware of for Spring 2024.
We've seen the most success through Road Crew events where our WinShape staff provide the entertainment for the event, parents and families in the community receive updates and news about the event prior to its start, and hosts are able to be present for the duration of the event. To provide a consistent experience in each community, we ask that you assist the Road Crew by following this model as well!
You will also be able to schedule an individual conversation with our Road Crew Coordinator, Josh Hines, who will answer questions and provide guidance so that you can maximize your Road Crew experience.
Registration for Spring Road Crew will open on November 14th, 2023 (accessible in next month's Newsletter).

How to Prep for Host Rally 2024 🎉
Host Rally planning is happening as we speak and we are excited to announce that Host Rally registration is opening up NEXT MONTH!
As stated in your contract, we are willing to pay for you and two members from your Leadership Team to attend the conference in January. That being said, you are more than welcome to bring as many members from your team as desired, for an additional accrued cost.
You can expect more cost information in next month's Newsletter when we send out the Host Rally Conference Packet.
In anticipation of the event, we recommend going ahead and identifying your Conference Attendees this month! In addition to your attendance as a host, we recommend that you bring someone from your Leadership Team who will focus on Volunteers and someone who can focus on Registration and/or Marketing camp in your community.
