WIN Frequently Asked Questions
Partial – The camper has paid the deposit or more to reserve their spot. They still owe money on their account.
Completed – The camper is paid in Full. They are fully registered.
Scholarship Per Camper Summary Report – When you need to find the total amount of money a certain scholarship has used.
Scholarships Report - A list of all scholarships that have been set up in your system. Being in this list does not mean the scholarship is active.
Custom Question Report – When you need to know the result to your custom questions from camper or volunteer registration.
Medical Form Report – When you need to know who has completed their form and who hasn’t.
Registrations Report – This report shows you the information of the camper as well as the parent.
Camper Report – This report shows camper and parent information with more detail than registration report
Volunteers Report – This is a list of all registered volunteers with information about each volunteer that has registered.
Parents Report – This is a list of all parents with registered campers and their contact information. It also shows you completed or outstanding balances.
