Wanting to build some hype for camp coming to your community? We've got just the thing! Meet the WinShape Camps Road Crew. Our marketing team hires 8 former Summer Staff and sends them out on the road to partner with community Hosts to create a camp preview event. You schedule and promote the event, our team brings all the fun! Typical events last 2-4 hours and can be a great boost for your marketing efforts.

Successful Examples of WinShape Pop-Ups
• A church hosted dinner and a movie night at their campus, and had a WinShape Pop-Up in the middle so parents could ask our staff questions.
• A community gave away scholarships at a WinShape Pop-Up, and ended up registering 77 campers in one event!
• A Chick-fil-A invited us to be part of their store's birthday celebration.

Road Crew FAQ
How much does Road Crew Cost?
Road Crew is free for Hosts and for anyone who participates. The only cost that might be involved would be event space secured by the host, however most Road Crew events are at the Host Church or Chick-fil-A!
How do I have a successful event?
A few tips for having a successful event: Use something to draw people to the church or Chick-fil-A, like a raffle or a meal! Tell EVERYONE you know about this awesome experience to get a taste of camp, before the summer! And lastly, be an active participant on this fun day, you never know which connections made at a Road Crew event can turn into campers!
What is a typical event like?
Most events last from 2-4 hours. They typically take place at the church or local Chick-fil-A! Our team is equipped to manage events as small as tabling at a camp fair to filling a church gym with fun activities.
What does the Host Church need to provide?
We bring the fun! We just need our hosts to secure event space with power & restrooms. We also ask you to provide a meal for the team when they're in your community. Lastly, we need to you market the event as best you can in your community! It's proven that the most effective Road Crew events are when at least 50 kids are present.
