How to use the Host Site?

At the top of your screen, you can access each of the following tabs! These access points exist to inform you of all that is going on in the Camp world and equip you as you prepare to host camp in your community.

Fill Out Your End of Summer Survey 📊

At this point in the summer season you should have received your End of Summer survey via email. If you have not yet received this, please check your Spam folder, as it sometimes is placed there automatically. Please complete this survey within two weeks of opening the email.

As a reminder, our team uses this data to evaluate, make adjustments, and overall improve the camp experience. If you have feedback that you consider to be valuable, please be sure to include it as you complete your survey.

Scholarship Invoice Notice 💸

By now you also should have received a Scholarship Invoice Notice email from your Host Dev Rep along with your 2023 invoice. This invoice includes the detail of your scholarships, as well as any applicable charges or credits on your account. If you do not receive the invoice email by noon, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, please let your Host Dev Rep know.

Please note that all invoices are due within 30 days, by September 4th, 2023.

If paying via credit card, please log into your WIN account. Click on “Invoice Details”, scroll and select “Payment”, and complete the transaction.

Now that the summer has concluded, you might be wondering... now what?

Believe it or not, our team has already begun the process of thinking about summer 2024! With that being said, you can expect communication from our team in the coming weeks about your potential to host camp in 2024. We'll provide more information on our regionalized routes, what dates are available, and more in the weeks to come.

Out of Office Notice 📆

Before we get too far ahead in the planning for next summer, our team will be spending various days of August out-of-office both resting and reflecting after a very full summer (and year). If you have any urgent questions, comments, or concerns, please send those to your Host Dev Rep THIS WEEK so that they can respond to you prior to their out-of-office days.
While your Host Dev Rep will be taking some time off this month, feel free to connect with them via email or through their calendly link (below) to see when they might best be available for your call.

Last but not least, we could not be more grateful to have been able to partner with you this summer! While camp took place for one week at a time in your community, we know that the impact of camp and the reality of the Gospel is shaping lives all year long.
