At the top of your screen, you can access each of the following tabs! These access points exist to inform you of all that is going on in the Camp world and equip you as you prepare to host camp in your community.

Leadership Weekend Recap
Leadership Weekend '24 was a huge success! This is a time where we gather all the summer staff who are on leadership teams for the upcoming summer and pour into them through leadership intensives, engaging sessions, and role-specific breakouts.
This year we are thrilled to see what God is doing in the next generation as they have a fire for the Lord! Through worship, discussion, and fun interactive games, these students were able to grow and learn alongside those they will serve with all summer, developing a bond of friendship before the summer starts.

Truck Transportation Reminder
As a reminder, this summer WinShape Camps for Communities in in for a big change! We are moving to transporting our inventory in semi trucks this summer . We announced this in greater detail during our Town Hall and had an incredible discussion with our Operations team.
Moving forward, you will receive an individual email with location-specific information for your campus. This will include suggested semi-truck location placement, drop-off and pick-up tentative time slots, and more. As mentioned, there will need to be someone on site to sign for the truck during drop-off and pick-up, so just be aware of this change. All of this information will come from your Host Dev Rep in a personalize email by the end of this month!
We welcome any questions regarding this process and appreciate your patience with us. Overall, our heart is to create sustainable processes that keep in mind what's best for you as hosts, our summer staffers, and camp as a whole.
Volunteer Shirt Design Update
Volunteer Shirt Designs are getting a revamp! If you joined us for our Town Hall in March, you saw some sneak peeks of designs that we're excited to announce.
As mentioned in our Town hall, we have a new vendor for our volunteer shirts that you will have an opportunity to partner with and explore their resources. Sunday Cool is an incredible company seeking to serve the Lord through apparel and more.
You'll receive a fun surprise in the mail by the end of the month with more information and a preview of what these look like!
Summer 2024 Theme Songs
Summer 2024 Theme Songs are HERE!!
Our Worship theme song for the summer is titled "All Things New" and is now available on Spotify and Apple Music! This song connects our theme of Wonder Chronicles to our daily lives as God's Spirit moves in us. As an added bonus, the Today's Truths are woven into the lyrics so campers can learn them while singing. Check out our instagram account @winshapecamps for more information!
Our Pop Theme song for the summer is titled "Endless Wonder" and is now available on Apple Music! Coming soon to Spotify, this song provides a unique experience to WinShape Camps, deviating from our traditional high-octane beat and exploring wonder through a more lyrical sound. Endless Wonder details the gospel story and reminds us of just how incredible this world is that God made.

Monthly Town Hall - April 30th at 2pm EST

This month, our host from Fayetteville, GA, Lori Barentine, will be joining our Town Hall for our Road to Summer Discussion. She will be sharing some Pre-Camp Preparation ideas as you near your week of camp!
Our guest this month, Lori, has hosted camp in her community for many summers and not only aims to serve campers and families but also the WinShape Team and her volunteers. One way she does this is through her preparation the week before. Join us for a time of pre-camp preparation ideas to help prepare your space and your team for the camp week.
