Summer 2025 Camp Directors
Fast forward to now, she has graduated college and just wrapped her fourth summer with WinShape, serving as Camp Director. Throughout the rest of the year, she serves as an intern on the Host Development Team and can’t wait to run it back for round 2 as a Camp Director! Outside of WinShape, Emily enjoys creating fun memories with her roommates, slowly but surely getting better at Pickleball, pilates, and mastering both her at home coffee and fun new recipes.
Natalee served 4 summers with WinShape Camps for Communities as a team time leader and activities director. During her third summer, taking a leap of faith after being rejected from nursing school, she withdrew from UA and the following fall and spring she served on WinShape's road crew teams to recruit staff and market camp to families all over the U.S. Currently, Natalee serves as a Director associate with the activities and culture team and gets to use her experience as an AD to create Rec! games and skill activities for campers and staff to experience over the summer. Natalee will be serving as a camp director in the summer of 2025 and is pumped for the experience!
Pavlo started his WinShape journey in 2021 as a Production Director. He served 3 more summers in that same position before becoming to a Volunteer Director. In this program, Pavlo serves in Staff Development on the Programming and Training Team. This summer he will step into the Camp Director position for the first time. Through WinShape Pavlo has deepened his love for the local church and is excited to continue partnering alongside them to bring the message of Jesus Christ to campers and their families.
Mackenzie started her WinShape journey in 2021 as a worship leader! She fell in love with camp and, the Lord called her to serve 2 more summers as a Production Director and, in the Summer 2024 she served as the Brown team Camp Director. After Summer 2024 the Lord opened a door and she joined the WinShape Camps Director Associate Program (DAP). In this program, Mackenzie serves on the Marketing team and has helped kids get to camp! Mackenzie is serving this Summer as the Purple team Director and she is beyond grateful to get to partner alongside local church leaders to help campers and families hear the gospel!
Camber started her WinShape journey in 2021 as a Team Time Leader on Orange Team. She had served as a Team Time Leader again in 2022 and then served as an Activities Director for the following 2 years. After Summer 2024, she joined the WinShape Camps Full Time Staff as a member of the Director Associate Program (DAP). In this program, Camber serves in Staff Development on the Recruiting Team. This summer, she will step into the Camp Director position for the first time. Through WinShape, Camber has seen the Lord deepen her desire to do missions by partnering with local churches, stateside and globally. The Lord has built and strengthened her confidence of spreading the Gospel through leadership opportunities that WinShape has provided through camp.
Adi’s first summer of camp was in 2022 on the Purple Team as a Team Time Leader (in the best village, Alpine, of course). She then served 2 summers as an Operations Director and absolutely loved the unique ways she got to care for campers and her teammates in this role. She is looking forward to getting to support and champion her team in the role of Camp Director this summer! Currently, Adi is serving on the year-round Recruiting Team through the Director Associate Program, where she still gets to travel the country, meet new people, and tell them all about camp! She finds so much joy in getting to invite college students into the mission of sharing the message of Jesus Christ through fun at camp.
Kylie’s journey with WinShape Camps for Communities began in 2022. This summer marks her fourth year with WSCC. She first served as a Team Time Leader in Safari (go Hippos!) and spent the next two summers as a Volunteer Director. Kylie is thrilled to be stepping into the role of Camp Director this summer. She is especially passionate about partnering with the local church and is fully trusting the Lord to do incredible things this summer.
Matt began his journey with WinShape during the summer of 2021, when he served as a team time leader in the Alpine village. The next summer, he served as an activities specialist, and for the next two summers, as an activities director. During the fall of 2024 and the spring of 2025, he served on Road Crew. This summer, he will serve as the camp director for the Red Team. Through his experience with WinShape, Matt has gained a passion for ministry, and hopes to work in ministry full-time after he graduates.
Joe started working camp in 2022 with the intention of teaching middle schoolers in the Galaxy program, but from there found himself by the end of the summer having spent time teaching each age group and loving every second of it. That experience lead him to become a Theme Director for the next two summers leading campers through scripture on stage. This is Joe’s first summer stepping into a Camp Director role, which he is super excited about because of the opportunity it gives him to pass on what he has learned from his past directors, but also from the hosts he has gotten to know. WinShape has provided great opportunities for him to get out of his comfort zone and to lean on the Lord in all circumstances, which he can’t wait to continue in this summer.
