CAMP PROGRAMING
Each year we evaluate and make adjustments to our Camp Programming to not only balance the interest and safety of our campers, but also as a way to innovate and continually strive towards an excellent camp program. Reference and click the blocks below to view our Camp Programming FAQs.
CAMP PROGRAMMING FAQs
What is the 2025 Camp Schedule?
Camp will begin at 8:15 AM and Check Out will take place at 5 PM. The in depth Daily Schedule can be found below by clicking the "VIEW THE DAILY SCHEDULE" button.
How many Skills will campers participate in?
Campers will be able to register for seven Skills, but they will participate in four unique Skills during the week of camp. Two are on Mon-Tues, and two new skills are Wed-Thurs. Our hope is to place campers in as many of their top preferences as possible!
What Skills are offered this year?
Our Skills include Archery, Basketball, Bounce, Crafts, Dance, Fast Food - Junior Chef, Fast Food - Master Chef, Flag Football, Gymnastics, Painting, Rocketry, Secret Ops, Soccer, Under Construction, Wacky Science, and Yard Games.
What Skills are offered to each age group?
To prioritize the safety of our campers and to increase our focus on age-specific programming, select Skills are only available to some age groups. The Skills available to each age group are listed below:
Ocean (completed Kindergarten & first grade)
Bounce, Crafts, Dance, Fast Food - Junior Chef, Gymnastics, Painting, Rocketry, Secret Ops, Soccer, Under Construction, and Wacky Science.
Safari (completed 2nd & 3rd grade)
ALL Skills
Alpine (completed 4th & 5th grade)
ALL Skills (except Fast Food - Junior Chef)

REGISTRATION
All campers will be registering through WIN, WinShape’s registration and data collection system. As a host, you also can use WIN to monitor the number of campers that register in your community, as well as Volunteer registrations, Scholarship code creation, Communication, and more.

Partial – The camper has paid the deposit or more to reserve their spot. They still owe money on their account.
Completed – The camper is paid in Full. They are fully registered.

As a host, Kickoff Week can be the very thing that inspires the creative ways in which you’re hoping to Market camp in your community. Whether it be flyers in your partnering Chick-fil-A’s store or Digital Assets shown on the screens of your church, we want to equip you with all of the Marketing materials you need.
